Non standard lengths packs with straight end cuts are available at no extra charge but cutoff portions must be included in the cost. Custom cutting for circles is available. All of the CF packings are cross corrugated type media.
CF-650 - This is a very dense packing used in clean water applications such as aquariums, bait holding systems or laboratory settings. It is not normally used in production aquaculture systems.
CF-1200 - This is a dense media often used in food fish production systems. Good suspended solids control is required to prevent plugging.
CF-1900 - This is an open media used where suspended solids may be a problem. This media has good resistance to plugging when used for ammonia control. The CF-1900 is sometimes used as a tube settler to remove suspended solids.
CF-3000 - This a very open media that is used in applications where severe plugging is expected. This media is commonly used in industrial and domestic sewage treatment plants with very heavy nutrient loadings. The CF-3000 is also used as a tube settler.
IF-6000 - This media is specifically designed as a tube settling media. It is not a cross corrugated media, but has tubes that run on a 30 deg. angle off the vertical. It has no micro structure, contact points or ridges that impede the ability of the collected solids to slide out of the pack.

Boxing for all fill is $.75/cu.ft. Boxing is required for all orders shipping via UPS or air freight.
Palletizing is $.30/cu.ft. Palletizing is required for all shipments going via common carrier in LTL (less than truckload) quantities.
Standard pack sizes are 12" wide and 6, 8 or 10 ft. in length. (CF-650 max. length is 8') Non standard lengths with straight end cuts are available at no extra charge but cutoff portions must be included in the cost. Longitudinal cuts for 4" or 6" thick packs are $.15/cu.ft. per cut. Custom cutting for circles is available. Please call for a quote.
Minimum order quantity is one piece 6 ft. long. This piece can be cut into small pieces. For example: 3 pieces, each 2 ft. long.
Order increments must be in one piece increments of standard, stock lengths. Stock lengths are 6, 8 and 10 ft.
